EVENTS

Each year The Bridge holds fundraising events that support our work. On June 4^th at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, The Bridge honored the Hess Corporation, Board member and real estate executive Albert Mayas, and Congressman Charles Rangel. Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer joined us to present our Government Leadership Award to Mr. Rangel.  The event raised $215,000 through table/ticket sales, a journal, and our best-ever silent auction. Dinner proceeds will support the agency’s homeless housing initiatives and new housing development.  We are indebted to all of the corporations, foundations and individuals for their generous participation in the Dinner and Silent Auction, helping make this event a great success.
