Mental Health Clinic

The Bridge Mental Health Clinic offers individual, group, couples and family psychotherapy, where people can explore feelings and concerns in a confidential and empathic environment.  All therapists hold graduate professional degrees.  Medication therapy is available from licensed psychiatrists.

Psychotherapy can help people to obtain relief from distressing psychological symptoms, cope with life's difficulties, and improve the quality of their lives.  The Bridge Clinic helps people with a variety of problems, including:

· Depression and hopelessness
· Anxiety, panic attacks, fears and phobias
· Shyness and loneliness
· Low self-esteem
· Parenting concerns
· Dealing with medical illness and disability
· Recovery from sexual abuse and trauma
· Issues related to recovery from substance abuse
· Difficulties in relationships with others
· Job related difficulties
· Mourning, grief and bereavement

Fees - The clinic offers an affordable sliding-fee scale.  We also accept Medicaid as payment in full.
